Tokyo, Circa Spring of COVID-19

Between COVID-19 and being a milk machine to my little one , I rarely step out of the house these days. Being a new mom, though rewarding, is really tough; and given the circumstances, sometimes it felt like it was a battle I had to fight in isolation. Today, my little family decided to take a short walk around the neighborhood – and thank God, we did. It’s amazing how much some fresh air and the sight of sakura can do to rejuvenate your soul and renew your faith.

Things may seem bleak right now but if there’s one thing that reminds us that with God and in nature, new and beautiful beginnings are guaranteed, it’s spring.💕💐
