If you want to see the best views, you need to head to Hasedera Temple, where over 2,500 hydrangea bushes cascade down a hillside overlooking the Pacific Ocean. It is easily one of the most photographed early-summer scenes in the country!  However, the crowds can be intense. During peak days, you cannot just walk up; you need a specific numbered ticket to enter the Ajisai Path. My biggest piece of advice?
